This prevents the flagging of emails as spam. This service requires you to use a verified domain. ZeptoMail uses IPs with a high reputation to send emails. ZeptoMail is designed for high email deliverability and email authenticity. Recipients trust emails from trusted domains. Important emails need to reach the customers' inbox and not the spam folder. This product aims to provide fast and reliable email deliveries. This product is perfect for businesses with a large customer base that relies heavily on email communication. ZeptoMail is an email platform to send transactional emails like OTPs, welcome emailers, payment receipts, invoices. You can view the examples of transactional emails here. These emails consist of sensitive information based on user behavior on a website or an app. The recipient is actively seeking this email, unlike bulk emails. Transactional emails are automated emails usually triggered by a user action on a website or an application. Marketing emails, Promotional emails, Email Announcements, and Newsletters are examples of bulk emails. these emails are not triggered by recipient actions on a website or an application. The user is not actively looking for bulk emails i.e. If you see this message, you have the following options:Bulk emails are emails sent to a large group at once. If contacts on your bulk emails list have unsubscribed from bulk emails, Canopy will notify you with a message and the individual email addresses of the unsubscribed contacts. Click Done to proceed with sending the email.Type an Email Address for each contact listed.If you see this message, you have the following options. If you choose not to enter an email address, that contact will be left off the bulk email list. If you have selected contacts with no email address listed, Canopy will prompt you to type those into the Email Address text box. Click Done to proceed with sending the bulk emails.Click the Sender drop-down menu to change the sender email address.Check the Don't warn me about bulk email limits again checkbox if you don't want to see this warning more than once.If you see this message, you have the following options: If you wish to send more than 250 bulk emails, the system will send your message to 250 email addresses one day, then 250 the next day, and so on until all of the emails have been sent. Large Number of ContactsĬanopy can send 250 bulk emails per day. Possible Error Messages When Sending Bulk Emailsĭuring the Sending Bulk Emails process, there are some error messages that may display. This will stop the email from sending and display a different message telling you the email was stopped. If you sent the email in error, click Undo in the notification box.A notification will display when your emails have been sent.The Preview and Send window will close.If everything looks correct, click Send Email. A notification will display when your test email has been successfully sent.ħ.Click Send Test Email to send a sample email to your own email address.
